Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases made on Track2Digital including one-time digital products, subscriptions, and custom services.
2. Cancellations
Subscriptions: Can be cancelled anytime to stop future billing.
One-time products: Cancelled before delivery will be refunded in full (minus non-refundable transaction fees).
3. Refunds After Delivery
Refunds may be offered only if:
- Product not delivered within promised timeline,
- Technical fault that cannot be fixed,
- Duplicate charge or payment error.
4. How to Request
Email [email protected] with your Order ID and details. We reply within 2 working days and decide within 5 working days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–14 business days, subject to bank/provider timelines.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by Indian law. Courts in West Bengal, India have jurisdiction.
